If you’re one of the families who has a Doodle application that is approved, it’s time for you to make a commitment to the Crockett Doodles process. In the email notifying you that you’ve been accepted, you will be given a link to place a refundable $300 deposit, which would apply to the final price of your puppy. If you decide you want a refund within 2 years of your deposit date, we are glad to refund your deposit (minus a 9% processing fee). Placing your deposit will place you on our active Waiting List. Approved applicants are listed in order by the date their deposit is made on our Waiting List. Having your application approved is not enough to move you to our Waiting List for a puppy, and you aren’t officially waiting on a puppy from us until your deposit is made, and you are placed on our active Waiting List.
You should also know that your Crockett Doodles deposit can be refunded at any time for any reason up to 2 years from your deposit date. We don’t understand why almost every other breeder requires non-refundable deposits. We know that circumstances change constantly and sometimes without notice. We don’t want our Crockett Doodles family to lose money because of unforeseen circumstances. If you need to withdraw from our Crockett Doodles Process at any time for any reason up to 2 years after your deposit date, we will gladly refund your deposit and only keep a 9% processing fee to cover our team’s costs of processing your request.
To make the deposit, click the link in your approval email. It will prompt you to add the deposit to your cart, where you will give some basic information and then be directed to use a debit card, credit card, or PayPal to make the deposit. You will receive a confirmation of our receipt of your deposit.
