Tim — Team Member

With more than 30 years of experience in quality management and business process improvement, Tim brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-first approach to every interaction. His commitment to excellence helps ensure consistent, caring service across every touchpoint of the post adoption experience. In addition to his leadership role, Tim is also an active Transition home, personally caring for puppies as they prepare for their forever families–giving him a unique, hands-on perspective that strengthens his connection to both our puppies and our clients.

Tim and his wife, Dawn, have three children. Their oldest is married and their two youngest are in college. Tim and Dawn have a great love for the puppies they transition and have three dogs of their own, a Maltese (Snickers) and two Goldendoodles (Bongo and Walle).
