As a mother of nine and a grandmother of thirty, Mary believes that the nurturing tools that are required to successfully train children are also useful when training cuddly pups. Patience, repetition, consistency and lots of love will create a well-behaved, furry family member. Mary has had experience with hundreds of puppies for several years as a Transition Home. Her home has been filled with puppies and grandchildren who romp and snuggle throughout the day. Puppies, like grandchildren, must daily spend time in school learning skills and discipline. When Mary is not training, she spends her time reading, baking bread, solving puzzles, serving her church family and snuggling with her Bernedoodle, Nikki. As a widow Mary knows firsthand the value of a furry friend as Nikki is her constant companion.
