Carol

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education and spent 25 years teaching business courses at both the high school and collegiate levels. With 27 years of coaching experience, she has a deep appreciation for teamwork and understands that every team member and every role contribute to shared success.

As President of Crockett Doodles, Carol oversees the day-to-day operations and is passionate about building a company culture where people truly matter—both the dedicated team members who make everything possible and the customers who become part of the extended Crockett Doodles family. She takes great joy in ensuring every family’s experience is exceptional from start to finish and finds fulfillment in Crockett Doodles supporting non profit organizations that bring hope to children and families in need.

A lifelong dog lover, Carol and her family—her husband and two adult children—have welcomed many dogs into their lives over the years, including purebred, rescue, and doodle dogs alike. They now share their home with three beloved dogs. She is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and ensuring every dog is treated with the kindness and care they deserve.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys biking, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and reading personal and professional books. She believes in lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to grow and inspire others to do the same.
