Nathan is the founder of Crockett Doodles and for the first 9 years was involved in every step of the process from raising puppies in his living room, designing websites, overseeing social media and the selection and management of our Guardian, Partner, and Surrogate homes. As Crockett Doodles has grown, Nathan has delegated the day-to-day operations to Barry Formanack (president) and his fabulous team.
Having loved being a partner home for Crockett Doodles, Barry Formanack left the corporate world in May 2019 to become the president of Crockett Doodles. He excels at leading the day-to-day business operations of the company implementing Nathan’s vision to build a network of families to raise healthy puppies for other families. Barry has a genuine love for puppies, our forever families, and the growing CD team.
Isaac Crockett (Nathan’s younger brother) serves as our Northeast Branch Director working closely with local veterinarians as well as overseeing and providing accountability for our Guardian, Partner, and Transition Homes in the MidAtlantic branch of Crockett Doodles.
Carol Formanack oversees the client puppy Adoption Day and post-adoption processes, including managing Transition Homes, Ground and Flight Delivery, our company finances, improving our puppy health care, and our Client Experiences Team.
Stefanie oversees our Greenville, SC, area Guardian Homes, the Applications Team who reviews incoming applications from new families, the Announcements Team who creates our puppy announcements, and the Matching Team who matches families to their new puppies.
Robin oversees our Communications Team helping implement new processes to improve our client’s access to information, corresponding with clients daily, and facilitating our Team communications.
Karen serves our adoptive families by answering their pre-adoption questions, helping them with their accounts, and preparing our families for their upcoming match to their puppy.
Kelly serves on both the Communications Team and the Matching Team using her gifts of communication and her love of Doodles to support our clients via email and Live Chat and to match our waiting families to their puppies.
Kim serves our clients by answering pre-adoption questions and helping to manage their accounts, including facilitating refunds when necessary. She also assists with Adoption Day scheduling and Client Experience communication.
Courtney serves our families by sending puppy announcements that fit their preferences and helps to match our waiting families to their puppy.
Danielle serves our families by sending them puppy announcements that fit their preferences and helps match our waiting families to their puppy.
Shari serves our newly matched families by coordinating Adoption Day for those who choose to pick up their puppies at our private homes.
Nancy oversees our delivery services and serves our newly matched families who choose one of our delivery options by coordinating and scheduling our puppies’ ground or flight trips to their new homes.
Brandy supports our Guardian and Transition Homes as they raise healthy puppies, and assists Brenda in keeping accurate health records for our puppies.
Doug serves our adoptive families post-adoption by answering questions, fulfilling our Health Guarantee, and offering support.
Brenda works closely with our veterinarians and Partner Homes to ensure our puppies’ health is a top priority. She also serves our Forever Homes post-adoption organizing vaccination records to give to our adoptive families on Adoption Day.
Matthew serves our Team by encouraging and supporting us and enjoys interacting with our prospective adoptive families through our social media outlets.
Bethany enjoys interacting with our prospective adoptive families through our various social media outlets.
Jin gathers and analyzes data to help our family network better serve our adoptive families.
Becky is an experienced dog trainer who oversees, coordinates and supports our local trainers for Crockett Doodles. She is also available to our adoptive families to train Crockett Doodles’ puppies before they move to their Forever Homes.
Rachel helps our new Forever Families connect to valuable puppy training opportunities to help their puppy become excellent members of their new family.
Roxane serves the Training Team with communication and organizational support.

After you’ve been matched to your puppy, you may request to send your pup to one of our Trainers before bringing your pup into your home.
Training starts at $650/week and lasts for 3-6 weeks depending on your training needs and how quickly your puppy learns.
